Bad signal and failure of feedback as from

I am very dissapointed with cell C. i am a customer of this network for approx 10 years and still use the same number. as from i moved in the town Sabie the signal strenght is very poor. I call the network plenty of times. they always say that they will let their technical department phone me. They never did, accept once last month. There the lady told me that they are aware of the bad signal in Sabie and if they not can inprove their signal in sabie by the end of august they will release me on all my lines at cell. I have phoning since monday and up to now no response again from cell c my ref number is: 3082002623
Yesterday theu again log the query and said that their technicians will contact me. I am a business man and the people struggle to get hold of me and they are complaining. i use a vodacom prepaid line where i get full 3G signal and fast. on cellc i rarely get 2 lines of edge on any phone. it feels like as from March i report this matter that cellc cant come up with something. I can't just go on a contract wit another network because it will put me in financial difficulties. i have explained it more than one time bu still no feedback.
