Phontso from Cell C came to my house (3 months ago) because there is NO signal to use any of my devices via Cell C. After checking the signal with his computer he confirmed that there is extremely low signal. He said he will come back to me within 2 to 3 days to confirm and install a SiFi to help with the low signal... Up to date he has not phoned back if I phone him and request the progress of the SiFi installation! We pay Cell C contracts but can not make use of it due to bad signal, poor service and feedback!
I regret the day that I joined Cell C more and more everyday! I have not spoken to one person at Cell C that knows how to do their job properly not to mention good customer service! Pathetic
