It took over four weks too get an upgrade of my phone - because nobdu abve the store assistants were eithe competent, or energetic enough to do anyhting about the pbolem. Numerous messages and emails were never ANSWERED. And the staff are not empowered to do anything and the rest of the MTN staff) technicians etc cannot be contacted.
