Vodacom Network is not available in the South

For the past 2 years that I've been working here at Protea Gardens I have had no Vodacom signal. My phone (blackberry bold 9780) just switches to SOS calls the minute I walk into this mall. I have complained a number of times to the Vodashop here and they keep telling me that its a normal occurrence in this area. I have chatted to a few people using the vodacome network in this area and they too seem to be left in the dark with no signal. I have to switch sim cards to another network every time I get to work, which really because I m paying for 3 contracts with Vodacom but getting no service. The sad part of it all is that I m still locked down for the next 2 years on all my lines. One thing is for sure come upgrade time, I'll be changing to another service provider that will actually give me service. Vodacom is not what it used to be like back in the days when they were the blue guys. I think when they changed to red they lost everything good and now they are going to start losing loyal customers like me and a lot more people here in the south of Johannesburg.
