I recently purchased the iPhone 5 through Cell C. Since the day that I received the phone I have had issues with the setting up of iMessage and FaceTime. After numerous queries and discussions with Cell C technical, they have advised me that the issue resides with Cell C as they had not ported the number correctly.
Upon receiving my invoice this month I see that I have been charged international sms rates for every time I tried to see whether the Cell C iPhone could connect to iMessage and FaceTime. I don't understand why I need to pay for all these when if the functionality was working then I would only have sent one sms and charged for such. It is not about the amount but the principle.
Please contact me to explain this.
