Hi I have a probleme i received a invoice from Vodacom for R3000, that could not be possible my normal monthly payment is at the highest R800, when i phoned vodacom to log a query, they said that it was data usaged, which is impossible, to use that much data, as for i am using a blackberry and it is part of the service, im only using bbm and facebook. i am on contract. I asked for spesific what days and they said i used the data in one day on the 9th of Desember 2012! i spoken to several call agents and no could assist me, i cant pay that money for it is not right. no one can use that much data in one day its impossible.
Please can you help me.
