I have a 3G contract with MTN. I find it difficult to get onto the internet most of the time as there simply is no reception. I have called MTN data support but they are only as good as their network - Pathetic. What is the point of paying a fee to use a service if the network, most of the time, is inaccessible? I have tried to get in contact with the 083 1555 this morning, went through all the prompts, got through to the operator and they cut me off!
What a pathetic service provider! I will continue to write reports on hellopeter until MTN resolve my problems.
MTN, you can call me for a change! How MTN are still in business is beyond me.
