MTN - SOFTWARE SAMSANG GALAXY S2

I took my cellphone back to the branch 3 times - to complain about software problems - each time they "corrected" settings - and each time I had to return. 3 - 4 weeks ago I had to take the cellphone in again - it just went dead - couldnt switch it on - they said it is a software problem - they send the phone away and I had to wait 3 weeks for it to come back. After 3 weeks nobody phoned to say it is back - I had to phone and complain and they said "oh yes it is back - you can come and fetch it". I went to fetch the phone the afternoon after 16h00 - that evening the phone was experiencing problems already. I had just loaded R200 airtime on top of the normal contract time and because of the software problems experienced - the R200 did not even last the evening. Today I have to return the cellphone to Mtn just so that it can be send back for software problems.
I am tired of MTN and the bad services and repairs. This is totally unacceptable. I even threatened to cancell my contract - and the employee at Wonderboom said - sir you can't - it is still a valid contract for another year and a half. I will not renew my contract but the reality is i will need to keep paying...
