I applied for a contract (phone TV deal) on the 10th of January and received a call, about 3 days later, saying that my application had been approved.By then I had decided that I was not gonna take the contract.
I was then billed at the end of the month for a phone I don't have and was told that in order for the contract to be cancelled, I had to return the TV set in perfect condition. I was then given bad attitude by the assistant when I informed him that I did not have the TV nor the phone in my possession.
