MISLEADING ADVERTISING//TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

The ad says IPAD 4 available for R299 on 500mb data plan till 14 february. to get the deal call mtndirect/visit site or nearest store. i went on the website-it does not even mention this deal so i left a query on the website no one has called me back. a day later i then called mtndirect who then told me they never even received any stock and cannot help me. Called various stores in my region where a) there was either no answer all day (zevenwacht mall, tygervally centre, waterfront) or b) they too havent received stock and maybe never will. I spoke to Jack at MTNdirect today who promised to call me back because i asked if they could not then source it from a store that does carry it - i still await his call-which makes it clear i am not a priority. I wanted the convenience (as the ad states) of purchasing or at least applying online- if this is the beginning of the road with MTN im not sure this is a network i even want to consider. disapointed that the ad is misleading and the service that followed was just as appalling. MTN DIRECT! what is the point of this service??? and how does MTN even advertise something that i cannot purchase???
