Is happening with my contract no one can tell

I applied for a new cellphone contract however they said that it needs to be approved etc this morning I got a sms that Telkom took there money for they contract I've been trying to call all of there contact centres no one has a idea who did the application nor is there any evidence that the contract has been opened

I have not received a call to give me feedback on the contract nor do I have the phone in my possession please can someone tell me is going on

I take it the contract has been approved but I have not received any FEEDBACK

unacceptable
