I NEED MY PHONE

I bought a phone on account & took out insurance. My phone went in for repairs & to insurance as well. I've been almost a year without my phone. The phone was send to the Edgars Vangate Store in December 2012.Some staff member signed for the phone, but I still did not receive my phone as yet. I made several trips to the store & my query was now handled by the line manager. Up till today I have not received any report back from any staff member or line manager from the store.
