Poor response to Customer contact and requests

On 3 occasions (twice via their call centre and once by way of personally calling at their store at Carnival Mall) I have asked Nashua Mobile to discontinue the Biz option on my contract as I am no longer using a Blackberry device.
They simply do not respond. Calls to their call centre remain unanswered for in excess of 20 minutes (I have no interest in being told repeatedly that I can save electricity by defrosting my freezer regularly having learned this from my grandmother, or that Lionel Messi has signed for Barcelona or that Nashua Mobile has xxx BBBEEE rating) their customer service rating is zero. On calling their switchboard when I am promised that a consultant will contact me - they simply fail to respond to even this undertaking.
I have been a customer of Nashua Mobile for over ten years but after this poor treatment and lack of response I will cancel my contract with them and transfer my number to Vodacom Direct who appear to show more commitment to recognising customers.
