The least we could get is a warning

This whole weekend my phone has been unable to make and receive calls consistently and my BIS coverage was non-existent. I don't know if me using a Blackberry is the issue or weather they were doing maintenance on the tower. The least they could have done was give warning and an apology. What happened to courtesy to your customers?
