I have been complaining about poor service in the Dullstroom area for 2 months now, with several calls to the MTN Coverage line. Each time I call they tell me I will be contacted with 48 hours, and this has never happened. In my last call I asked the operator to play my call to the supervisor as I am about to migrate all of our mobiler numbers (4) to Vodacom as MTN's coverage is so bad in our area. I am one of many subscribers in the area with the same problem so my complaint is not based on an isolated incident. The coverage was fine until a few weeks ago. 3G is almost non-existent and almost every call is dropped. I can see the tower (850) from my office and home.
