Wednesday is a week since my first complaint, YET, Nothing has been done, I have been asked for imei and all other details. But nothing has been done to rectify this problems! I WANT IT SORTED TODAY. POOR POOR SERVICE! I USE THESE PHONES FOR WORK PURPOSES (NOBODY CAN GET HOLD OF ME!!!)
