48 hrs turns into 16 days and STILL nothing happen

I went into the clearwater branch on 29.01.2013 to reinstate my account, very friendly consultant assisted me - contacted their call centre to make sure everything is done correctly. I filled out the forms they informed he and I saw him emailling and faxing the new simcard barcode numbers for all 3 accounts. Everything was paid as they wanted. He was told 48hrs and everything would be up and running. On 1 Febr I contacted the 0821946 nbr and was told they haven't received anything. eventually they found it (very rude consultant) and he informed me that I have my facts wrong it is actually 5 -7 working days so by latest 6 Febr phones would be connected. Friday 8 Febr - simcards are still saying sim not provisioned!!! Phoned again - spoke to Rachika who asked me if I paid the money. I almost lost it!!! She then said her suppervisor said that they will activate the account immediatly and it should be on on MOnday...!!! It is now 16 days from my original request! Done everything they asked me to do, paid everything they asked me to pay - STILL NOTHING HAPPENING!!! Simcards still not active!!!

I NEED THIS PROBLEM SOLVED TODAY... I am through begging, asking, fighting!
