On Monday the 11th of February i went to Telkom Direct in Kenilworth Center to purchase a laptop.
i finally settled on the HP i5. but it came with the windows 8 operating system and i told her i prefer the windows 7 operating system. where as she told me that windows 8 is better and that there's comes with microsoft office 10 pre loaded, and i wouldn't need to purchase it s an extra for my laptop, on hearing this news i agreed to take the laptop with windows 8. on arrival at home i set up the laptop, and discovered that the laptop did not have office on, but instead only a 60 day trial version. and i will in fact have to purchase. i went back to the store and i spoke to her, and she says there's nothing she can do, she "thought" that it came with office on and she was wrong, and now i don't know what to do, they say they cant help me
