I requested tha the existing Tracker unit in a vehichle that i purchased for my son, be upgraded to a Skytrax. The first set of a number of frustrating calls has a Querry nr of 11-67947461 and were concluded on 18 Febr 2013 with a promise that my son will be contacted from the "Planning" dept to take his vehicle to a branch in/close to Stellenbosch to have the unit upgraded. Almost 10 days later, i logged a complaint on Tracker's website requesting them to plse pay attention to the matter... They replied with a new reference nr on 27 Febr 2013 LC 5937 that they will contact me soon... Well, i have had no reply up to today?
