REPAIRS ON A BRAND NEW PHONE?

Sun 3 Feb 13 I went to upgrade my cell phone. I requested a white blackberry 9320 to which I was told they had 1 left, it was booked for another branch but I can have it. Due to this, they weren't able to give me a printed receipt only a manual hand-written one. I tried to set it up the same night, it kept rebooting & couldn't connect to a wireless network. I couldn't take it in until wed the 6th as I work full time. I received an sms to collect it again on fri the 8th which I did at 6pm. I tried to set it up again that night, it still did the same thing. I put it straight back in the box and went back a 2nd time to the repairs dept on sat morn the 9th. I was told to sign to confirm a chip on the screen to which I refused. I did not check the phone when I collected it the night before and I only had it for a few hours. The consultant who helped me had a very bad attitude. I called the manager who I told I was paying for a new phone but have had to have it repaired twice in a week. A brand new phone needs a software upgrade? Was I given old stock? i was told that the phone must be repaired at least 3 times before i am given a new phone & it was returned way before the 7 day period!
