Terrible Service

I went for an upgrade on the 6 March 2013, upgraded to the blackberry 9360, the phone keeps on dying, you need to take the battery out to rest it. I took the phone back within that week. it was not accepted for an Out of Box Failure as it has a few starched on the back as well as a tiny scratch on the top. They took the phone in and did a Software upgrade. I collected the phone the same thing was happening, took the phone in to the Repairs centre in Nelspruit, they have now "reset" the phone, just collected it and then same thing is happening. I now have to take this phone back for the third time for the same fault. It is absolutely ridiculous the phone is brand new yet I haven't been able to use it for more than a day because I have to keep taking the phone in.
