My Samsung S4 kept rebooting its self. I took my phone in to the Alberton brach to be sent in for repairs on the 10.11.2013. Funny thing is they gave me my battery and my back cover to keep while it went in for repairs. I got my phone back on the 02.12.2013. Being told I had a virus and they upgraded the software. Firstly, when I handed in my 4 month old phone it had no scratches and was still brand new. I get it back damaged at the bottom like it was dropped. Secondly, I did a software upgrade before I took my phone in. Then I put the battery back in and the phone starts rebooting its self. When I have pluged it in it stops but then tells me I need to do a software upgrade. I contacted Cell C on Tuesday the 03.12.2013 complaining the phone is still doing the same thing and nothing has been done. Also informed them that they have damaged my phone and I request a new one. After fighting with them for Tuesday and Wednesday, Reven said he is only willing to give me a refurbished phone. and they will have it sent to the Alberton Branch within 24 hours of me giving them the reference number. We are now 48 hours and NO customer service. Even avoiding my phone calls.
