Bad service!!!

I bought a pre-paid 3G USB stick from Cell C, installed the software and was using this service for a while. I had to uninstall the software, but now cannot re-install. This is the path that I have followed up to today to try and resolve this:
1. Phoned technical support. I was told that the Driver and Software need to be reloaded on the USB stick. They will send me a link to download this within the next hour (more than a month ago)
2. Phoned Technical support. I was told that I need to look on the Cell C website and will find the software to download from. (The software for this USB stick is not available on the website)
3. Phoned Techniical support. I was asked a couple of times if I am sure I bought the stick from Cell C and was then told to take it to the shop.
4. Shop assistant phoned "Nokia rep". I was told that I need to "upgrade" computer.
5. I talked to the Nokia rep and was told that the stick must probably be sent in to have the software reloaded.
6. Shope assistant cant send the stick without seeing the slip, so I will have to go into the shop again!!

I cannot drive up-and-down to the shop and phone mutliple times without having this issue resolved.
