I ordered a new Iphone at Autopage Nelspruit in December, and it arrived 29 December. When i collected my phone on 6 January, they told met they don't have any NANO-Sims in stock. I started working in Pretoria and thus went to Autopage Menlyn, where i was helped, and told that it would be working within 24 hours, but i needed a proof of residence. One was faxed to them, but when i arrived to pick up the Sim, they told me it was the wrong fax number and that they don't have the proof of residence. Another was faxed through to them and when i arrived yet again, there was another problem, being that my mother had to sign for the swop even though she wrote a letter approving the swop, after I was told that was all that was needed. Then they sold me a vodacom sim, instead of a CellC sim, and told me it would work. I've driven over 40km for absolute nothing. At last i received a new simcard, and was told it would be working in 24 hours. its almost 48 hours and still not working or connected, and I've been sitting without a phone for a week now. I just feel that the service i received was shocking, as I am a paying customer.
