Lost number after pre-paid conversion

After my wife's Autopage CellC contract expired in December, we decided not to continue with a contract, but to convert the number to Pre-paid on 28 December 2012. The Autopage Witbank franchise gave us a new CellC sim card and was supposed to RICA the Sim on the Monday. The original simcard lost its signal during that week (since it was no longer working I destroyed it) and when we inserted the new sim it was DEAD. After numerous phone calls, visiting the franchise 3 times, talking to the manager and owner, no answer was given (feedback from the franchise is REALLY BAD! I hate having to BEG somebody for service!! The owner should go on a customer relations course!!!). When I contacted CellC, they informed me that the number was now RICA'd to another customer!!! I have been patient now for almost three months, each time I contact Autopage they tell me it's CellC's problem and that the old original sim card is now supposed to be working. I have since asked for a sim swop to be done to the new sim card and after 2 weeks that has still not been done... CAN YOU PLEASE ESCALATE THIS PROBLEM TO SOMEBODY WHO CAN SORT IT OUT?
