Pathetic customer service

Still no feedback from my last complaint! Have still not received a breakdown on my last billing which was more than double than what i should have paid for. Absolutely disgusting that no one has contacted me yet. This is the 1st and last contract with Nashua mobile! My cousin and uncle both warned me about their poor customer service, I should have listened! Very quick to deduct money from your account without providing billling or attending to customer after service!
