Sim swop not happened, req 1741545

Had a sim swap done to a micro sim Saturday the 9th February 2013, at MTN Jeffrey's Bay. Was done correctly at the store but sim never activated. Visited the MTN in walker drive PE they logged at fault. REQ 1741545 Can the sim please be activated? Both branches were most helpful great service!
