I took out a top up contract from the Vodacom Shop in Tygervalley Centre on Tuesday 30 April 2013. A lady by the name Cindy assisted me on the day. On Thursday 2 May 2013 I was surprised to see that my contract has still no been activated. On Saturday 4 May 2013, 4 days after I took out the contract it still hasn't been activated. So I got into my car and visited the Tygervalley Store again. Cindy advised me that the contract should have been activated within 24 hours as all the documentation required was correctly completed and attached and that she phoned head office and they will sort it out ASAP. Today is Sunday the 5th of May and still the contract has not been activated.

This really is terrible service and I have a good mind cancelling this contract and move to another mobile network.
