Lack of service/support/feedback from Cell C

I have had a painfully slow internet connection for the past week and a half. I have done the following:
* tweeted Cell C support (no reply)
* left a message on their Facebook page
* submitted a form via email to notify them of Network problems (no response)
* called their support call center twice to notify them of the situation
* went to a Cell C store.
In doing the above I was told twice that the problem will be addressed within 24 to 48 hours. Never happened.
The shop assistant informed me on Thursday (7 Feb) that apparently there is a problem with the local 3G connection and they are working on it. I phoned on Friday (8 Feb) asking for feedback and an indication of how serious the problem is and whether there is an estimated time when the problem will be fixed. I specifically requested that they phone me back after they have spoken to their technical department.
Again, I have not heard anything and the problem continues for the 12th consecutive day.
I have my own business and Cell C has cost me a lot of money and their support is non-existent.

It's one thing if there's a problem but their total lack of assistant and feedback regarding the status of the problem is pathetic.
