I've only had a data connection of 3Kbps on HSUPA for most of the time for weeks now. Getting Cell C so solve the problem does NOTHING! Twitter support is non-existent too. Promises by the "Escalations Department" to phone you back with what's going on is just rubbish - it never happens (Chanel or Lerato). I am tired of phoning everyday the Technical Department and the "Escalations Department". Can someone in management please tell me what the is going on? How do I run a business with no data connection?
From what I've read Cell C is having huge technical problems - is that true? Maybe everything is kept quiet to lull investors?
