Waiting time 30 minutes

I completed Vodacom upgrade through the company. I was not informed that the handset is out of stock, a week later upon me asking where the handset is, I was informed that the set is out of order. In trying to get the order cancelled, I have given up on six different calls, where I was waiting for someone to answer for more than 30 minutes. Extremely poor service. Next I am told that the cancellation will take a week, therefore I cannot upgrade until such time. All of this after I specifically told the sales rep that I require the phone within a week otherwise I will not take up the offer. EMPTY PROMISES???
