Impossible to report Phone

I am appalled with Cell C's complete lack of service.
My phone was.
I called 084 140 to report it... it's supposed to be a 24 hr number but after listening to advertisements for supercharge / free sms's etc. you are eventually directed back to home and then have to choose an option if your phone has been only to be told that this service is NOT available. I called 3 times, the last being at 9.10am (BUSINESS HOURS). same unavailable message!

I called Davenport Centre and was told by Ravisha that she cannot help me. She said the only way was to call 140 (which was rather unintelligent since that no. can only be called from a cell C phone... WHICH WAS!).

I left a message on the website for a call back... NOTHING!
I left a message on Cell C facebook page. Got a response asking for an alternate number which I provided... still NOTHING!

I am appalled by the total lack of support and customer service. What happened to CARING? My home has been broken into! I was able to report bank cards instantly which takes away the stress, but Cell C's lack of support has simply added to it.
