I have upgraded my contract on Friday and decided on the combo package with the above mentioned tv and the Samsung Galaxy pocket. The sales person told me that the tv has to be delivered at my home address, since they don't keep it in stock at the store. I have not been waiting long at this point in time, but I have came across 2 complaints on of other customers that signed for the same combo and had quite some difficulty regarding the delivery of this tv. The sales person could not really give me any information concerning the exact delivery time. Can you kindly follow up for me and give me proper feedback as to when it will be delivered in order to avoid the same disappointment as the customers mentioned above. I have been a client of MTN for roughly 10 years now and so far had excellent service. I can with confidence recommend MTN for anybody as a result of the service I had so far. I'm just a little concerned in this matter and I trust that the excellent service will continue. I was trying submit this matter to MTN directly on [Email Removed] just to have an automated reply that the address is not in use anymore. I can also not access the website.
