I was contacted by a telesales person from Cell C and I accepted the deal. The deal was 2 phones for one contract. 1 x Samsung S5301 Galaxy Pocket plus and 1 x Sony C1605 Xperia E dual sim. I received the Samsung and when I queried the other phone, the person I spoke to, would find out and revert back. I returned the Samsung via courier that was sent by Cell C. After a week, I received the Sony (delivered by a courier company). Still only one phone again.
I have spoken to various people at Cell C since then - 04/09/2013 Megan. I received a reference number 3100902571 on 09/10/2013 and spoke to the call centre after that again, but still did not received my second phone again. In the meantime I am billed for both phones but only have one.
