I have 2 contracts with MTN and keep on being harrassed by SSDA lawyers claiming that the one number has been handed over for collection from MTN, yet the contract was upgraded just a few months ago and has never been in arrears. The line is still active yet I get letters of demand and VERY rude phone calls demanding I pay R5783.65.I fail to understand the logic behind being handed over for not paying, yet being able to make calls on the same number that would have been cut of if it was not paid. I have logged a complaint with MTN regarding this as I confirmed with one of their franchises that the account is in fact up to date.
