On the 30th November 2012, I realised that Discovery had put a default in my credit report headed"Letter of demand" for the 14/12/ 2012. I was that my previous employer had left an amount of R327.95 under my name with Discovery upon resigning. Discovery was notified that I resigned but they claim they sent letters to my previous address. I then made a payment on the 9/12/12 and disputed the default. Transunion removed the default after Discovery was not responding to my dispute. A month later Discovery put back the default on my credit record as "Handed over" with the same date of 14/11/2013, as the previous "Letter of demand" default date. Is it possible to have 2 different defaults on the same date. And when did they handed me over because I paid directly to their account and not any lawyers account, no lawyers called me regarding the hand over, so how is this possible despite the fact that they never proved to me how they were trying to get incontact with me, they claimed that I should have told them I relocated from previous address but how would I have done that because my previous employer never advised me about this outstanding amount that was left under my name with Discovery?
