Unacceptable service from MTN

I was contacted by MTN Direct for an upgrade which i accepted. I upgraded and received the phone and i was told that in terms of the contract i would pay R289.00 per month for the phone, 25 smses, R200 airtime and 150 mb Data inclusive of VAT. Now i have been billed R368.00 for the service and nobody can help me because i called and i was told they would call me back. Nobody can give me a proper explanation AND NOBODY HAS CALLED ME BACK.

I just want to cancel this contract and move to a service provider that will be honest with their customers.

I am disgusted by the service i have received from MTN.
