On the 19 August 2013 I received an sms form SSDA for Final Demand on MTN for an amount of R12626.84. To my surprise as I dont have an account with MTN I called the number for SSDA 0878250600 to enquire and didnt get any assistastance as the staff were unproffesional and could not give me any information on the account that I have been handed over for.
How does one be handed over when they dont even subscribe with MTN???
Can some-one from MTN explain to me what is happening here as the company handling this has no idea what they are doing and my credit profile is beeing affected negatively.
