I was sequestrated in 1993 via High Court Order. About 15 years later I started receiving letters of demand for an outstanding Edgars account which was PRIOR to my sequestration. I have sent numerous emails (still available for verification) to SSDA regarding the demands, spoke to Sello at SSDA, spoke to call centre agents, sent letters from St Aidens Trustees whom handled the sequestration, but I still keep on receiving letters of demand and have now been black listed by SSDA. The Edgars account have now grow in interest from a mere R3000 prior to my sequestration to R8445 with interests. Is there someone out there who can assist? I don't know how to explain that this debt was prior to my sequestration.
