Good day

After stuggling for about an hour yesterday morning (got transferred from the sales department to the technical department to the business deparment, back to the technical, and sales and and and) to talk to someone to sepup my faxmail @ MWEB for a business account, I still don't have my number and no ons has called me back as promised. When I eventually got hold of "hopefully the correct person" he told me that someone will call me back in the next 5 minutes. It has been more then 24hours now, and no fax number has been given to me. Why does it take an hour for someone to assist me? Why do I get transferred from one deparment to the other (like 10 times) before someone can "try to assist me"? Dont the MWEB employers know what is going on in their own company to transfer me to the correct department the FIRST time? And please don't tell me to register on the MWEB website because that also dont work!

Please sort this out ASAP
