My ADSL line has been down for a week. Been going up and down for months. After physically driving around and catching a techie he came out, could not fix it and said they will be back again this morning with the right tools. Still no service. Have updated my address with them 3 times and still they send their techies to the wrong address. It`s number 5! Not number 9. Get some competent call centre staff that can fill in a form properly. How do you expect people to do their work when your service goes down for a week without and useful response? Will you reimburse me for 25% of my line cost this month and ISP cost which has now gone to waste?
