Last month I moved home and released my ADSL line from Cybersmart so Telkom could move my line to my new address. I was smacked with a bill of R333.66. I queried this on Hellopeter, I was told it would be investigated, but nothing. I check my bill online now, firstly my address hasn't been updated and secondly, I've been overcharged for April AGAIN!!! This is ridiculous. The day my ADSL line was active at my new address, it was immediately moved back to Cybersmart. Why am I still paying for ADSL with Telkom!??!
