Zero feedback and availablity of a promtional item

On the first of February, i contacted MTN about a Packard Bell Easy Note TS laptop, that i saw on special for R199.
Due to its high specs and the fact that i need a powerful laptop for my job, i figured its a great deal.
On the first day of the promotion, you had sold out of this product, and i was offered a Compaq CQ58, which isn't even in the same league in terms of specs as the Packard Bell laptop.
I called again on Monday the 4th, and this time a sales agent said she would try to source one from her supervisor, and she would contact me within 24 hours.
She never contacted me, so i sent a complaint of this incident on Wednesday and once again i got no response, even though the email said somebody would be contacting me shortly.
This is possibly the worse kind of service possible and although you claim while stocks last, i couldn't even get hold of that laptop on the first day of the promotion in the early morning!
Its simply not good enough MTN, and im very shocked that you never even bothered to respond after i lodged a complaint on your website.
