Complained about this already - was told to send a mail to coverage - done that and got my reference number. Was told the turnaround time is 10 working days - GUESS WHAT... 10 days have passed and sweet buggerall has been done! If anything the problem has got worse!! Connections of EDGE - can you believe this, EDGE - what must I do with that, cant even log on and check e-mails at that speed. After edge it has become non-existant since the past weekend. Phoned the toll free number, and basically was told the problem has been handed to a technician, so what if the turnaround time is passed - who cares, not MTN from what I can see anyway - I expect a credit for this months subs as I cannot be expected to pay for a service that works intermittantly or not at all - cos that is how I am going to start paying soon - Intermittantly or not at all!!
I think the next step is to lodge a complaint with ICASA and see if they care more than MTN does!!
