I bought a Packard Bell laptop in January 2013 and after 3months the mouse pad stopped working. I am dissatisfied with the product as I was told it was one of the best laptops I could buy. I am currently a student and I need my laptop for everyday use. I am busy with semesters and its vital for me to use it now.
