My contract was altered by the consultant at MTN when I upgraded on the 14th December (she still holds the original contract and the information differs to our original agreement). I have called the callcentre 4 times and they referred me back to the branch. The manager refuses to accept responsibility. The branch is now closed for revamp, before they were closed due to a. I complained on the website on the 16th January. I received a call from 0832008178 on the 01/02/2013. I was unable to talk and offered to call them back. Since then this number does not respond and instead sends me a message to call during office hours (even if I call at 14h00 in the afternoon).
It seems that they do not respond to their own official site and prefer communication through HELLOPETER.
