Cell C 0745751977 contract phone expired in September 2013 however the contract was upgraded without my consent. I was told by the cell official that my contract has been upgraded after I have a debit order R430.94. I have then logged a complain, since then I have never been contacted by the superiors and an official from Cell C department. I had furnished them with affidavit and my ID copy as per their request however Cell c has failed to honour my request to listen to the call recording and to refer to the previous contract to verify signature.
I have been communicating with an official who has upgraded my contract, I have never been given an opportunity to speak to one of the superiors or a official. I beleive the matter has taken too long since this was reported on 01.10.2013 and they continue to debit my account. Kindly assist
