HOW DOES ONE GET CELL C TO RESPOND??

On 14 December 2011 I cancelled my contract via the Cell C website which sent me a message thanking me for my submission, with a message IF necessary a consultant would contact me (it did not allow me to print a copy of my mail, but I did send Cell C's website response through to them).

I tried a couple of times during last year to call the call centre, but due to the length of time it takes to get through, gave up each time. I also went into Clearwater Mall. Eventually in Jan 2013, when I slowed down enough at work to give it my attention, I started querying.

On 14 January 2013 I spoke to the call centre and requested that the matter be looked into, that the contract be cancelled and a full refund given. Reference number 3011403880.

20 Feb Given CEO's office no (011) 324 4833/4278 - no reply - diverted back to previous number
Requested someone call me - response is that Cell C cannot dial out

I am now desperate!!
