Not bad service - NO service

On 16 January 2014 I upgraded my contract. I received correspondence advising that the phone would be received within 2 - 7 days or I would be notified if there was a delay. After 11 days I called to enquire about my phone which I had not received (nor any communication re delay)

- I sent 2 follow-up e-mails to the sales consultant on 24 & 27 Jan, neither of which she replied to
- I have left two telephone messages for her and she did not respond to them
- I have gone into an Altech Autopage branch at Canal Walk and was told that they can't assist as it was a telephonic upgrade.
- I called and asked for a complaints department and told one does not exist
- I have asked to speak to a manager and have never been put through to one (ever)
- I logged onto the website and submitted a complaint to which you get a response that they will reply to you within a day. No reply.

In essence, no one has reverted back to me. I have called and been into a branch and no one is able to help or respond. It is impossible to get service, reponse or help from Autopage. No one can assist you and no one calls back or responds to mails. So, it is not poor service, it is non-existant.
