I am very disappointed at the terrible service Phonesured has delivered. After trying to reach an agent to talk to at the call center (0860 109 529) for 4 hours at a time on several occasions, and continually holding while a voice tells me that the center is experiencing a high call volume and then being cut off, I called Virgin Mobile in desperation. They provided me with an email address. I Googled this address and found the website [URL Removed] Here I found another number at which to call Techsured, whom I understand is the mother company of Phonesured.

The recorded voice at this new number (0860 3333 43) then told me that Techsured is closed until the 6th of January.

I am very disappointed, firstly since I need my claim settled as soon as possible, but secondly and more importantly, I am disappointed that no one at the first number informed me that the call center is closed until the 6th! It is utterly unprofessional to keep me waiting for hours and hours, calling the number Phonesured supplies on their website, without any warning that NO ONE is going to respond. No warning when calling and no warning on the website.
